FYI: STOC08

I had an idle moment, browsed a little, and hit goodies: accepted papers at STOC.

Yes. And when you have a paper accepted at such a conference, please make sure not to make a preprint available. This way, people like me browsing the accepted papers list will be unable to download, read and eventually cite your paper.

We want to make science is all about getting papers accepted, not about getting people to read our work!

Let us keep going strong!

I guess preprints will come out more after the camera-ready versions are due.

I was curious about:
"Fast-Converging Tatonnement Algorithms for One-Time and Ongoing Market Problems" by
Richard Cole and Lisa Fleischer.
I found a copy at http://www.cs.dartmouth.edu/reports/TR2007-602.pdf
by simply cutting and pasting the title into Google. Likewise with
"Pricing Combinatorial Markets for Tournaments" which is at
http://www.cam.cornell.edu/~sharad/papers/tournament-markets.pdf
Also I came across:
http://danupon.blogspot.com/
which has some links.

Is this 3-line verse form well-known?

An idle moment.
A little browsing.
