Soaring

May be it is being away from WSJ and being amidst the TV coverage of world athetics championships, I was reminded of a soaring outside the stock market: the sprinting, propping oneself up, powering past the pole, twisting, turning and flipping over the bar, and the joyous descent down, the wild celebration afterwards, and the world record: Yelena Isinbayeva, world record in pole vault, 5.01 m, from 2005.
